Crispy and flavorful buffalo chicken nuggets made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the buttermilk mixture and let them soak for 15 minutes.
- Coat the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked nuggets with buffalo sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
